Oscar is a beautiful buckskin gelding from the Cedar Mountain Herd Management Area (HMA) in Utah. He was one of 534 wild horses who was rounded up from their home on our public lands in February of 2017. After the roundup, Oscar was shipped to the Delta wild horse holding corrals where he was destined for a life in holding - that is until Montgomery Creek Ranch stepped in.

For several months after his arrival at the Ranch, we attempted to gentle him. It became clear though that Oscar was better suited to remain as wild as our property could afford him, and so we released him onto our 2,000 acres where he joins 200 other wild horses and burros.
